Hello Fellow Stampers and welcome to my blog.
Hope you are having a blessed day!!
I have not a spot light technique for a long time and felt the stamp set Birthday Goodness was the perfect set to do my blog and video on.  While doing it I decided to use the negatives and instead of throwing them away I made a card of it and have called it Reverse Spot light technique.
